What does the following message means?

This message just appears because the security-check of Windows 2007 is more strikt, you can open the dataset and use it as usual.

Where are the brackets <> in the Excel-Output?

If there are brackets <> in the table you have to save it as .csv otherwise the brackets are not available.

Why SuperWEB starts with German user interface language?

If SuperWEB starts up with German user interface language, switch to English user interface via the “Languages” menu.

How can I edit SuperWeb tables with Excel

You can store the tables in the form of an Excel worksheed. Thus, the table is processible by Excel and all its functions.

How to work with pop-up blockers?

To guarantee all functions of the SuperSTAR database pages we recommend deactivating the pop-up blocker with regard to the web pages of Statistics Austria.

Please proceed as follows:

• open Extras/Popupblocker/Popupblockereinstellungen (extras/pop-up blocker/pop-up blocker set-up, Internet Explorer) or Extras/Einstellungen (extras/set-up, Firefox)
• insert the following address into Popupblocker Ausnahmen (pop-up blocker exceptions), “*.statistik.at” and confirm the exception.

Why is RecordVIEW not displayed?

These functions are provided by exemplary databases, only. For reasons of data protection, they are deactivated with regard to all other databases offered.

How can I countermand the sorting process?

Press the symbol for zero suppression in TableVIEW and remove it again. This re-establishes the original sort sequence.

How to save a table in Excel format with decimal points, facilitating correct calculation of values in English Excel versions?

Please make sure your Internet browser is configured to support the English locale. This must be set to the topmost position in the list of preferred languages.

• Using Internet Explorer 7, go to Tools > Internet Options > General > “Languages”.
• Using Mozilla Firefox 2 and 3, go to Tools > Options > Extended > General > Languages > “Choose…”.

W3C Modus

To login with W3C Modus you have to activate JavaScript.

Guest Login

To login as guest you have to activate JavaScript.

Drill-up user defined groups

User defined groups cannot be drilled up in SuperWEB. Just predefined groups can be drilled up and drilled down.

Why disappears my footnote?

It is not possible to use a Euro sign within a footnote.
