Which WindowsTM versions are supported?

  • Windows XP Home (including up-to-date service pack)
  • Windows XP Professional (including up-to-date service pack)
  • Windows Vista, Attention: Windows Vista requires Java Plug-in 6, at least
  • Windows 7, Attention: Windows 7 requires Java Plug-in 6, at least

Please note that, certain Windows versions require administrative rights for the installation of a Java Plug-in.

Which browser versions are supported?

  • Internet Explorer current version
  • Mozilla Firefox current version

Please note that, the implementation of Java and JavaScript (or Active Scripting in case of MS Internet Explorer) must be possible and permitted.

Which test environment is in use?

  • Windows Vista (including up-to-date service pack)
  • the browsers mentioned in the respective chapter
  • international versions of the Java Plug-in 6
  • direct Internet access and Internet access via HTTP proxy server
