In accordance with the provisions of the Austrian Federal Statistics Act, the management of Statistics Austria has to submit an annual Programme of Work for the ensuing calendar year and an outlook for the Programme of Work for the ensuing four calendar years. This document has to be presented to the Statistics Council and subsequently to the Economic Council on an annual basis.

The "Statistical Programme of Work for the year 2012 including an outlook for the 2013-2016 Programme of Work as well as the Performance Report 2010" provides information about the statistical projects to be implemented by Statistics Austria during the respective time period. Statistical projects scheduled for the medium term future as well as a report on the implementation of the 2010 Programme of Work are included in this document. The report consists of a text section and a tables section. Both sections are arranged in accordance with the organisational structure of Statistics Austria.

The tables section displays the projects which are planned for 2012.
